Healing Ministries
At Nativity, we believe that Christ is the healer:
Through prayer, we draw closer to God and allow him to heal our bodies, minds, and spirits. Sometimes the healing Christ brings is physical, giving strength to our bodies. Sometimes, it is spiritual, bringing comfort and emotional strength. Sometimes, it is the healing of a community, surrounding us with God’s love in the presence of other people.
At Nativity, we have a variety of healing ministries, from weekly healing prayers at our 6:00 p.m. Wednesday evening prayer service, to healing prayers offered after communion every week at our 8:30 and 10:00 services by lay ministers.
