We hope to see you soon!

We hope that in our fellowship, you will find community, acceptance, and a deeper spiritual connection with God. We hope that you’ll come visit, ask questions, get to know some of our friendly folks, and experience the beauty and transcendence of Episcopal worship.

What will you experience if you come?

  • Right when you walk in the front door you can expect to be greeted by smiling people who will welcome you and help you get situated;
  • You’ll be handed a bulletin that explains everything that’s going on in the service, so you’ll understand exactly what we’re doing;
  • You’ll experience transformative worship, enthusiastic children’s and youth programs, and a caring community;
  • You’ll share Holy Communion with an open and inclusive group of Christians;
  • You’ll be invited to share hospitality with us after the service, and you’ll be warmly greeted by many parishioners;
  • You’ll discover a community of faith that is excited about our mission of “transforming lives with the love of Jesus Christ.”

In our Sunday worship, we nurture our faith by celebrating Holy Communion every week.

We engage our minds through reading Holy Scripture and hearing a thought-provoking sermon. We engage our senses through music that touches the mind and the heart, in the rich, diverse Anglican and American musical traditions.

Both of our worship services celebrate the rich breadth and depth of Anglican liturgy. During the 8:30 service, we offer instrumental music. During the 10:00 service, we sing beautiful traditional Anglican hymns as well as other music drawn from a variety of Christian traditions, including jazz, gospel, and chant, and other kinds.  During the program year, our 10:00 service includes choir and some beautiful instrumental accompaniment, including (at times) organ, piano, violin, flute, and other instruments. We celebrate a Rite II Eucharist which includes reading of Scripture, communal prayers, a thought-provoking sermon that relates to issues of daily life, and Holy Communion at which all Christians are welcome.

During the program year, Children ages 4 through 10 are welcome to attend our Children’s Chapel during the first half of the 10:00 service. Sunday School for children ages 4 through 5th grade occurs each week during the school year from 11:00-11:45AM.  Youth Group for middle & high school students meets from 11:00-12:15PM.

Come see us at Nativity – God’s Spirit fills our worship with energy, beauty and delight!  Don’t believe us?  Check out this blog post for a review by a guest who visited us on Pentecost 2013, and has since joined the church!
